Payment Policy
Products purchased are provided online. If prepaid, refunds can be requested if the service has not yet been established. Some services may not be refundable and others may attract a “restocking fee”. If not satisfied please get in touch within 7 days of purchase.
Domains are not refundable, but unused pre-paid hosting may be refunded on cancellation.
Payments for programming services via contractual arrangement are provided as-is and are not refundable, unless prepaid and cancelled before commencement.
Payments for advertising can only be refunded before the advertisements have run.
